Since joining Invest Blue (now Ironbark) in 2008, she has played a pivotal role in the firm’s national expansion, leading initiatives across operations, advice delivery, compliance, governance, and enterprise risk management. Following the 2023 merger with Ironbark, Jennifer transitioned into a group leadership role, establishing and strengthening the second line Governance, Risk and Compliance function.
Jennifer is focused on enhancing governance frameworks, risk management practices, and control environments to support sustainable growth and protect client outcomes. She is passionate about fostering a strong risk culture and partnering with leadership teams to enable confident, well-informed decision-making.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning & Commercial Law), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance & Risk Management, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
