Since joining Invest Blue (now Ironbark) in 2004 as Practice Manager, Kasey has held roles including Paraplanner and Financial Planner before ultimately returning to her passion, human resources and people development.
Kasey leads people strategy, fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture where individuals are supported to grow and succeed. Drawing on earlier experience in human resources within the banking industry, she partners with leadership to ensure Ironbark remains a place where talented professionals can thrive.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources/Marketing), a Bachelor of Law, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), and is a Justice of the Peace (NSW).
