She began her financial services career with Bravien Financial as the first point of contact, later progressing to Business Manager where she oversaw HR, training, team coordination, KPIs, marketing, and key projects to ensure the business operated seamlessly and met client expectations.
Prior to entering financial services, Alana spent nine years in the hospitality industry, rising to become General Manager of a Canberra motel, where she developed strong leadership and customer service skills.
Alana is passionate about helping people live and achieve their best possible life, supporting both clients and her team to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, playing sport, and creating lasting memories with her partner Jarrod, their two children, and close friends.
