Having grown up in Niangala, inland New South Wales, she values strong community connections and enjoys helping people in regional and smaller communities live their best possible lives.
She joined Invest Blue (now Ironbark) in 2021 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration and has since continued to build her expertise within the financial services industry. Josie is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, alongside a Diploma of Leadership and Management, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development.
Through her studies and role at Invest Blue, Josie is developing strong technical knowledge and leadership capability while contributing to positive client outcomes.
