Since coming on board, she has worked across nearly every team in the MFG business, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into each stage of the lending process. This well-rounded journey has helped her build a strong foundation in finance and deliver tailored, informed solutions for her clients when she decided to step up to mortgage broker in 2025.
Before stepping into the world of finance, Leah earned a degree in biomedical science and cycled her way across Europe. Her background sharpened her analytical mindset and attention to detail, while her travel experiences helped her develop strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people qualities that now shine through in her work with clients.
Outside of the office, Leah is an avid cyclist and ambassador for Giant Bikes, riding competitively with the Giant Maxxis Cycling Team. Her passion for travel and adventure led her to spend three unforgettable months bikepacking through Europe from the hills of France to the lakes of Switzerland and dreams of one day conquering the Pyrenees. When not on two wheels, she enjoys coastal walks and beach days with her beloved dog, Tilly, usually paired with a great cup of coffee in hand from the best local coffee shop.
