Lena is currently finishing her studies at the University of Melbourne with experience in international policy, community engagement, and diplomacy. Throughout her academic and professional experiences, she has developed strong communication and relationship-building skills and enjoys working in people-focused environments that bring together collaboration, organisation, and meaningful connection.

Lena has been involved in a range of youth-led initiatives focused on multicultural inclusion, international engagement, and creating opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds. Through this work, she has contributed to conversations across communities, government, and international spaces.

Lena has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, financial markets, global affairs, and is particularly interested in how communication and relationships shape both professional and community outcomes. She brings a people-focused and adaptable approach to her work and enjoys learning from those around her. Outside of work and study, Lena enjoys travelling, fitness, keeping up with international affairs, and is always eager to explore new experiences and perspectives.
