In his role, he is responsible for implementing client advice, ensuring that each recommendation is carried out accurately, and being the first point of contact for any client or provider queries. He is also experienced in assisting clients with Centrelink services and insurance matters.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys travelling and exploring new places and cultures. When he’s not on an adventure, you can often find him at the beach with friends, enjoying the sun and sea, or spending time with his 2 dogs.
