Oscar has worked in banking and finance for close to four years, including almost three years as an Associate within the Ironbark Group. He brings a strong understanding of client processes, financial strategy support, and relationship management, complemented by a background in education that enables him to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
He supports advisers across the advice process - assisting with strategy research, preparation, and implementation. Oscar is also closely involved in client onboarding and ongoing liaison, helping ensure information is accurate, processes run smoothly, and clients feel supported and informed throughout their financial planning journey.
Oscar holds an Associate Degree in Educational Studies and is completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, expected mid-2026. Outside of work, he is actively involved in community sport coaching and volunteers to support local teams.
