Having completed his electrical apprenticeship after school, he later transitioned into business ownership, where he developed a reputation for honesty, transparency, and a genuine "can do" attitude.

A devoted father of four, including twins who quickly doubled the family size, Shawn places great importance on family and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Outside of work, he enjoys following the English Premier League, playing social soccer, and travelling the world, particularly throughout South America.
