She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role, with a particular focus on improving processes and supporting her team.
Tara is also passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her two daughters, travelling, Pilates, and enjoying a coffee with friends.
