In her role, Paula is responsible for managing Ironbark’s national accounts, including overall responsibility for the national adviser sales team and strategy. This includes research houses, consultants, platforms, licensees, high net worth advisers and IFA’s.
Prior to joining Ironbark, Paula held many roles at BlackRock over her 9 years, most recently leading Strategic Clients for BlackRock across Australasia. Prior to this Paula worked at Vanguard and Macquarie.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Commerce from ANU, a diploma in applied finance and a diploma of financial planning.
