Scott Kilmartin is Head of Finance at Ironbark Asset Management and has over 25 years’ of experience in accounting, financial reporting, risk and assurance, and transformation. Based in Brisbane, Scott is responsible for the group’s financial analysis, operations, and business partnering.
Prior to joining Ironbark, Scott was Internal Audit Director at Spotify, assisting the company to go public on the NYSE building a risk, assurance and compliance team. Prior to this, Scott worked for PwC as a Risk and Assurance director in Australia and Sweden.
Scott is a qualified CA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics from The University of Queensland. Scott is also a Mental Fitness coach and a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA UK).
